Refund Policy for SD Electronics

At SD Electronics, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and you may need to request a return or exchange. Please carefully review our Refund Policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

– The product was received damaged or defective.

– The product was not as described on the website.

To be eligible for a return, you must submit video proof showing the defect or issue with the product within 2 days of delivery. Failure to provide video proof within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of eligibility for a refund.

Video Proof Submission

To initiate a refund request, you must:

– Record a clear and detailed video that shows the condition of the product and the defect or issue.

– Ensure the video includes the packaging (if relevant) and the product in full view.

– Submit the video to our customer support team at support@sdmtco.com within 2 days from the date of delivery.

After reviewing the submitted video, we will assess the situation and inform you of the next steps.

In-Store Exchanges Only

We do not offer direct refunds. Instead, customers are entitled to **exchanges**, which must be done in-store. You can exchange the product for another item of equal or greater value, with the price difference paid by the customer (if applicable).

Important Conditions for Exchanges:

– The product must be in its original packaging and condition, except for the reported defect.

– Exchanges must be made in person at our store within 7 – 10 Business days. We do not accept exchanges by mail.

– Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be presented at the time of the exchange.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:

– Products that are not returned in their original condition or are missing parts.

– Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” at the time of purchase.

– Products that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

Processing of Refunds

Once we have received and reviewed your video proof, if your request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a product that is damaged or incorrect (i.e., not what you ordered), please submit video proof as detailed above, and we will arrange for an exchange. Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for in-store exchange only.
